A class just for those with special needs, Taekwondo is the art of self defense that originated in Korea. It is recognized as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world, reaching back over 2,000 years and more skilled with dribbling and footwork.
An invigorating workout that fuses Yoga, Pilates, strength work, flexibility, balance, and focus, leaving you energized, centered, and ready for the day. This faith-based yoga class feeds your body, mind, and soul! Class is performed barefoot. Bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, straps, and blankets are optional. Ages 13 & up.
